Durable Flexible Seals for Every Application
The Vanquish range of flexible seals is designed for perimeter sealing on fire and smoke doors, glazing seals and linear gap sealing. Manufactured with a specialist graphite intumescent, each flexible seal delivers reliable performance and long service life across a variety of fire safety applications throughout the UK.
Available with or without a flexible PVC nitrile topper, seals can be supplied plain or with a cold smoke fin for fire and smoke rated applications. The graphite intumescent core offers excellent char stability and expansion characteristics, ensuring durability and superior performance in even the most demanding environments.

Non-Migratory Plasticiser Formula
Non-migratory plasticisers ensure the self-adhesive tape retains strong bond strength to most common substrates over time
Cold Smoke Fin
The incorporated cold smoke fin resists peeling away from the seal, withstanding constant use in smoke control applications.
Range Of Colours
The PVC nitrile topper is available in a range of colours to suit different door and frame finishes.
Self-Adhesive Tape Option
Flexible seals can be supplied with or without filmic acrylic self-adhesive tape, depending on installation requirements.
Wide Sizing Options
Available in a large range of sizes and coil lengths, manufactured to suit individual customer requirements.
Moisture Resistant Design
Graphite is unaffected by atmospheric moisture and acrylic self-adhesive tapes offer good resistance in humid environments.
Vanquish flexible seals are tested to recognised European standards for fire resistance, smoke control and linear joint sealing, ensuring reliable performance and long service life across a range of fire and smoke sealing applications throughout the UK.

Maximum length depends on the profile size. Most sizes can be supplied on spools up to 150m.
Bespoke size seals can be manufactured to your requirements.
Yes. The graphite is not affected by atmospheric moisture, and acrylic self-adhesive tapes also exhibit good resistance to moisture.
Both white and dark brown are stocked as standard, with other colours available on request.
