2021 was a busy year for Vanquish Hardware Protection. In our first year of trading, we hit a huge milestone!

Every single second a hinge was fitted with one of our intumescent hinge pads

Working with one of the world’s largest hardware manufacturers, Vanquish have successfully tested a 450mm flush bolt in 3 different configurations with a single strip of FlexiFire HE fully concealed within the mortice. The test was to BS EN 1634-1 and was on a full-size double leaf doorset.

Henry joins the Vanquish team as our new Technical Manager, with a master’s degree in Physics from the University of Liverpool, his technical knowledge will help Vanquish Hardware Protection succeed in fire testing and carry out research & development of Intumescent materials.
